• Appointment Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled.
• Late Arrivals: We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and will need to be rescheduled. A 50% deposit of your service total will be required before booking your next appointment.
• Rescheduling Policy: To avoid any penalty fees, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 1 hour in advance.
